The 48” real-time monitoring screen and interface will provide a platform for us to provide a more efficient hosting and support service.
The screen displays real-time data across a variety of different sources to allow us to proactively tackle any issues across our growing number of servers and sites before they develop. Our new system actively monitors key website metrics for our hosting and support clients, providing real-time data on statistics such as site up-time and server loads. The system will also indicate the status of individual websites, allowing us to monitor site speed and disk space requirements.
There is also a real-time support ticket notification system built-in so that we’re notified of new support requests quickly and efficiently, allowing us to deliver a higher level of service to you all.
