Fritz Hansen Ikebana Vase - Small Stainless Steel

The Fritz Hansen Ikebana Vase, designed by Jaime Hayon, draws inspiration from the Japanese art of flower arranging, Ikebana. This unique vase features a glass vessel with a brass stand consisting of two perforated trays, which protrude above the rim of the vase. This design allows for the entire flower, including the stem, to be honored and admired, while the perforations make arranging flowers a breeze. With this vase, you can arrange your flowers exactly as you wish! Available in three sizes: with a diameter of 12 centimeters and a height of 13 centimeters, or with a diameter of 24 centimeters and a height of 15.5 centimeters. The Long version measures 33.5 centimeters in length, 10 centimeters in height, and 9.5 centimeters in width. The Ikebana Vase is designed for Fritz Hansen by Jaime Hayon. After studying industrial design, the Spanish designer joined Fabrica in 1997, where he quickly rose from student to head of the design department. Eight years later, he established his own design studio. Jaime Hayon has designed for major brands and is frequently commissioned by Fritz Hansen. In 2016, the Objects series was launched, featuring several accessories designed by Jaime.
